"Mismar is the Pole Star, used for navigation by exploreres since the beginning of time. I wanted to emphasise a cold, vibrant accord of fresh ginger and juniper berries, paying tribute to the metallic aspect of the geographic north. The Pole Star is, in reality, a multiple star system. I used contrasting notes to represent the system's various facets: an intriguing, animalic ambergris, a resinous frankincense and a coniferous cypress."
