Description
4,000 metres above sea level, with its snow-capped glaciers and pristine lakes, rivers gush through deep Himalayan valleys, densely forested with majestic deodars. At this high altitude, the Kashmir valley offers a breathtakingly unique landscape. Home to a wide variety of plants, the meadows are covered each summer with wild and rare blue poppies and Kashmir saffron.
Kashmir is not without considerable appeal. This hypnotic woody fragrance features deodar, from the cedar family, and soft, dreamy sandalwood, underscored by iris, rose, jasmine, cashmeran, vanilla and a caress of musk to set the all-pervading scent.
