ALTAIA - an acronym for "A Long Time Ago In Argentina" - is a celebration of Marina and Sebastián's love of the art of perfumery and the power of storytelling through scent, as well as the extraordinary circumstances of their shared past.

Each Eau de Parfum contains olfactory elements evocatively associated with a strand of their intertwined past and present, lovingly crafted to produce fragrances that are both timeless and contemporary.

Everything about
ALTAIA

In the wilds of 19th-century South America, two different families crossed paths. Their meeting helped shape the future of modern Argentina.

General Bartolomé Mitre, statesman and man of letters, became the first president of unified Argentina in 1862. One of his first presidential decrees opened the country to foreign investment, with the ultimate aim of building a rail network to link the interior to the capital and further the country's unification.

The brothers Charles and Walter Morrison saw a great opportunity in Argentina and invested part of their father's fortune in the railway system, as well as in the utilities, banking and land transactions that fueled the young country's development during the industrial era.

140 years later, direct descendants of Mitre and Morrison, Marina Sersale and Sebastián Alvarez Murena met in Italy and fell in love. ALTAIA is their story.
