"The star ingredient of the eau de parfum, bergamot reveals itself in a new light in the Extrait. While its joyful and vibrant top notes are instantly recognisable, it also unveils sweet, candied undertones, accentuated by the softness of bitter orange. Soon, the floral heart unfolds on the skin, more radiant than ever: to accompany the ylang-ylang, I chose a sambac jasmine absolute – a variety with narcotic and fruity facets – to capture the heady and captivating night-time scent of white flowers. An addictive trail that lingers in a subtly chypre woody base, where cedar mingles with patchouli, and the vanilla accents of tonka bean with a delicious accord of amber sugar."
