Description

The House of Oud entrusts the second fragrance in its sparkling Royal Stones collection to Sapphire, a precious stone that symbolizes nobility, truth, sincerity and fidelity. An olfactory tale inspired by one of the most significant moments for a couple.

As in the best fairy tales, even the modern ones, Prince William chose as an engagement ring for his fiancée Kade Middleton a true icon in the Windsor house. A jewel that belonged to Lady Diana, to which she was very attached, designed by the court jeweler Garrard made with a sapphire and a crown of 14 diamonds. A fairytale jewel whose design reproduces the sapphire brooch that belonged to Queen Victoria.

Prince Harry, in harmony with his family, chose to give this precious ring to his brother William, because it was actually he who had inherited it after the death of his mother. In 2010 Prince William said that he had no doubts in the choice of Lady Diana’s ring as a promise of marriage, this was a way to hold on to the memory of his mother and Kate never stopped him from that moment.

The House of Oud for the second jewel fragrance in the Royal Stones collection is inspired by this romantic love story and sapphire, among the most beautiful of gemstones, a deep dark blue and the sparkle of its hues.
