This fragrance is inspired by the movie – Amarcord (1973) an Italian comedy-drama film directed by Federico Fellini about these young people (Burdel) from Romagna who are carefree and curious to discover life, through a fluctuating journey between dream and reality. The creation opens with an unprecedented and acrobatic bouquet, with mellow, fluctuating echoes of exotic spices. Syrian Cumin and the Guatemalan Cardamom are sweetened by the rare and ancient essence of Greek Cistus flower and the effervescence of Royal Bergamot from Calabria. Burdel embodies all the misty and muffled mystery of a time gone by. A drop of essence that will whisk you away on a journey, suspended between dream and reality, to the most sort after of destinations. Allow yourself to be lulled by these notes of refined seduction and enchantment.
The heart of the fragrance is tinged with a kaleidoscope of outlandish colors that envelop a creation of misty and profound mystery. An extravagant harmony of precious woods and balsams, such as Indian Gurjum Balm embraced by the strength of Cypriol and the vigor of Brazilian Guaiac Wood, are unexpectedly softened by the sweet and seductive scent of Lily of the Valley.
The base of this creation is made up of powerful scents that remain, nevertheless, refined and elegant, thanks to the skillful blending of Musk with Madagascan Vanilla and precious Ambergris from the Terenzi Library. The whole is offset by the energetic vigor of rare and precious Buaya Oudh from Laos (also known as White Oudh), and Indonesian Sandalwood.
